Job Responsibility

  1. General supervision of all the purchase cases.
  2. Dealing with insurance cases of UNDP equipment and other equipment etc.
  3. Giving No Objection Certificate for local purchase through Imprest Cash Account for all Division.
  4. Putting 90% advance payment cases to Account Branch receipt of cheques from Account Branch and forwarding.
  5. Issue of No Objection Certificate for the retired/resigned employees.
  6. Controlling and advising assistants for receipts and issue of stationery, liveries, standard forms, Nominal Muster Roll, M.Bs. etc.
  7. Final checking of Stores Accounts from Form- 10 to Form-15 Survey Reports etc.
  8. Passing the bills of Liveries/ Stationery/Office expenses material etc.
  9. Putting up the DGSD cases and foreign exchange cases to higher officer.
  10. Any other duties as may be assigned.

  1. To apply for Selection Posts, candidates are required to register themselves on http://ssconline.nic.in. Candidates may register once and can apply for any Recruitment Examination advertised by SSC.
  2. In the Registration Part, candidates will have to fill in basic information relating to them.
  3. On submission of the Registration Form, a page with Registration ID and password will appear. Note down the Registration ID and password and keep them safe. This would be your permanent Registration ID & Password which would be required to apply for Selection Posts as well as for any other Recruitment Examination of the Commission.
  4. After submission of the Registration Form, candidate should upload his/her latest colour photograph of the stipulated size and signature
  5. After completion of the Registration Part the candidates should proceed to fill up the Online Application Form
  6. After filling up the Application Form Online and after making payment of Examination Fee, candidate should take a print out of the Application Form, sign the same, affix a copy of the same photograph used for filling up online application and attach self-attested copies of Certificates/documents in support of age, Essential Qualifications, Experience, where it is prescribed as Essential Qualification, proof of Caste/Category [SC/ST/OBC/PH(PWD)/EXS in the format as given in the Notice] issued by the Competent Authority and send the same to the Regional Director at the address mentioned below so as to reach the Regional Office within ten days from the closing date i.e. 24TH SEPTEMBER, 2017.
